I am not sure. I think you are better off consulting a dermatologist about age spots. Maybe tretinoin would be a better solution, requires a Rx.

I need something for dark spots from sun?

In my experience, their A-Passioni Retinol Cream works better for dark spots, but this serum is still really good for smoothing rough areas. I love both of them though, I use each every other night.

Is this the real drunk elephant moisturizer?

Yes. Its the peptide serum. I use it in the morning with hyaluronic acid and at night with retinol cream.
