Finally a perfect 5-htp !
About the exact length of a new 10 cent US dime & very easy to swallow with water due to the soft gel. I've enjoyed 5-htp over the past 8yrs & I've found the perfect supplement in this MicroIngredients brand. I it says to take 2 daily but I take 2 in the morning & 2 at night the first week then switch over to 2 a day. Definitely worth the try if you're a 5-htp consumer like myself, plus you get a free bottle/bag with your first purchase providing a lot of serotonin help for those like me who need it.

I love every supplement I have tried from this company I have been using them for about a year now and have made the switch with every supplement to them that I can. I like there packaging, and as always the product is always great and haven't ever had any issues with it. No side effects or weird flavors, I suggested them to some friends as well.. I get great sleep with these melatonin's as well!

The 5-HTP I want in a nice package.
5-HTP, in an easy to swallow package. The actual package containing the pills is a bit odd. I appreciate the ease of disposal in the future, however I feel like if you are not going to stick with a classic bottle, maybe make the bottle more environmentally friendly. It's plastic either way, but if you're going non-traditional, maybe go a little further. The pills themselves are nice as well. Small, smooth, easy to swallow. A decent way to get your 5-HTP.

My go to 5HTP supplement
For the price and the quality, I haven’t found a better source for my 5HTP needs. This really helps with my mood in the morning. It also contains 200mg of Chamomile on top of it which is a nice plus.
