I’ve been using these Bates 2-Inch Foam Paint Brushes in combination with my gloss projects, and they are an absolute game-changer. If you want a smooth, professional application, the value for money here is honestly mind-blowing. You get a massive 16-pack that is priced so affordably, it feels like a steal for the quality you're getting. What I love most is the durability—these aren't just "one-and-done" disposables. They actually last a lifetime as long as you make sure to wash them out thoroughly right after use. They handle liquids well, and because of the thickness of the foam, they hold a generous amount of product without any leakage or messy dripping, giving you total control over your workspace. The 2-inch size is incredibly versatile; it’s the perfect "fits-all" dimension that works seamlessly on all types of work, whether you're covering large areas or touching up smaller, detailed surfaces. You get a lot of bang for the buck with this product. I use them for prepping canvas for painting using acrylics. They should work equally well for cutting in a wall you'll be painting with a roller. The foam is nicely shaped for painting and has a good density, easily rinsed out for reuse.

These brushed are OK and will serve my use. Used mainly for stain application. This is a good value for the quantity.

Great for using with stain on my wooden patio furniture. Good size.

Edit: company reached out to rectify things so I’m changing from one star to three for their customer service. I was looking for the high density foam brushes with a cleaner edge that I used to be able to buy in order to apply gesso smoothly for oil painting. These are not them. These brushes have uneven raggedy edges with several being completely unusable from being squished in packaging.
