I gave this a go as I had been struggling with neck and upper back pain. At first it feels very large on the back of your neck but stick with it, once you fully relax your head, neck and shoulders it feels so good. Too good in fact. The instructions state that it should be used for around 10-15 minutes then removed, but honestly I almost fell asleep. I found it more comfortable than my pillow. I would sleep on this but the warnings say not to. Regardless, it's great for stretching out your neck and provides much needed relief.

Takes some getting used to but can correct vertigo if used the right way! Definitely helps with pain relief although feels like a torture device while getting used to it! I wouldn’t recommend sleeping on it! It looks good and is good value for money 👍🏻

I suffer with really bad neck pain and terrible posture. My chiropractor referred me to this and to also just keep correcting my posture. Pins and needles are normal for this when used for the first few times as it’s hitting pressure points in your neck. It’s meant to be uncomfortable at first. It’s a great product and should not be used 15 mins a day 8 to 10 at best. Love after the 10 mins when I move my neck and it just cracks all over. 10/10 product.

From a concept perspective, this seems to be a good idea. The execution though is not up to par , way too hard when resting the head in the position. If they added more padding then it would be great. It does give some support to the neck.

This was shockingly simple and effective at fixing my neck issues but also my shoulder pain which I suppose must have been related to nerve entrapment at the neck. Now my shoulders lie more symmetrical to each other and it instantly relieves any neck, shoulder or upper back pain

This really helps ease the pain from & stiffness I suffer after cervical damage a few years ago, at first it felt hard but i stayed on it for 30mins & could really feel the benefit after, now on each use it feels a lot more comfortable & is brilliant for pain relief

I have damaged my neck significantly after using this item! I followed the instructions carefully and did everything right however for 2 days I am unable to move my neck and I am experiencing excruciating pain!!! I tried to start a return of the product however unable as product is non returnable even tho it states you can return!?!? I want my money back!!!

Really works! Had a roll in my neck been using this every night for 15 minutes, hurts abit the first few times best to lay on floor while using it

El producto me gustó bastante. Realmente te ayuda a relajar las cervicales del cuello, pero recuerden que es sólo para un breve uso. Eviten usarlo por tiempos prolongados, no es para dormir ni es ningún tipo de almohada. Relaja bastante y el material se siente resistente y de gran calidad.

La verdad es que me ha sorprendido bastante este collarín. Tengo tendencia a mirar hacia abajo y además paso muchas horas trabajando con ordenador y me suelen doler bastante sobre todo las cervicales y la espalda. Me ha gustado mucho este collarín, ya que te obliga a tener el cuello recto, lo que hace que tengas una postura correcta, no solo del cuello sino también de los hombros. El material es muy bueno: una especie de neopreno fino y suave por fuera y viscoelástico por dentro, lo que aporta gran comodidad. Desde que lo uso se me han quitado los dolores de cervicales y de espalda y noto mi postura más recta. Lo uso cuando teletrabajo y para estar en casa. Es espectacular el descanso que consigue y cuando te lo quitas es cuando te das más cuenta, ya que notas una relajación maravillosa. En definitiva, lo recomiendo al 100%!
