Every time we do one of the cards he cocks his head and has question marks on the screen. Any suggestions to get the cards to work? is it defective?

We had trouble with ours for the first little while. We discovered if you hold it up against the reader longer it works every time. Hold it up and don’t move it until it beeps that it’s read the card.

Would someone please take a picture of the instructions and post? ours seems to have disappeared with christmas wrap. i can't find them online. help.

i located a video of the puppy on youtube, perhaps starting from there may help, at least you can ask the person that bought it & posted the video

Does anybody have any tips on how to hold the dang top of the battery compartment down so I can get the screws back in ..

VERY difficult… I actually thought I got the wrong C batteries. I had to use my left elbow and put all my weight on it, then do the screws in alternating corners. VERY frustrating. The first one we ordered didn’t work, so that was the second time putting batteries in… Lo and behold, the second one doesn’t work consistently either.
