Works great for old tech, especially pre wifi labtops and as a backup for a bad NIC card. Works in any USBaljconnection no need for a driver just direct ethernet connection. Plug n play worked oerfectly. Bought a new laptop and when it arrived there was no standard Ethernet plug. This solved the problem, cheaply and easily.

Bought 2 of these for a laptop and a switch that did not have an Ethernet port. Works great. No need to download any software as it’s plug and play. I’ve gotten about 100MBp/s but thats with Powerline and not a direct connection to my router. $10 and this thing does wonders

My wife's laptop only has a fast Ethernet port (100 Mb) on it. I needed to run a wired backup due to the large amount of data. This little device allowed the backup to run in a much shorter amount of time due to the 10 time increase in bandwidth. I'm very impressed.

Good quality and speed

This works on my LG C3 WebOS25 !! TV will report initially "no network connection" after I disconnected wifi, but ethernet connection is there! Tested with Internet Speed Test app, getting avg 320 Mbps download/upload speed. Was 230+ when connected to wifi at 5ghz and my tv is next to my wifi 7 router (LAN backhaul mesh mode).
