Amazing pain relief for sore muscles, tendinitis and more
I'd give this machine 50 stars. Hubby played a rediculous amount of golf and his lower back complained with tendonitis. I did fascia release massage on him, that helped but not enough. He went in for dry needling and that helped but not enough. I Googled tendonitis new therapies and shockwave popped up. Reading about it, I determined we will definitely be using this again as we are very active with hiking, exercising.... The money was worth every penny. We plan on buying another one. Had this thing for several months and followed info from some of the reviews on using machine oil. Easy to use, dont hold by pistol handle but instead by blue cushioned cover on the long rod part as handle was reported to break potentially and I could see how that can possibly happen. Use the hard plastic handle to simply engage the trigger to turn it on. This thing is a miracle machine. Get it, go on Youtube searching the model for instructions. I was clipping bushes and my right hand was insanely sore, I used this thing and yeah it hurt knocking on the tender part but understand this is worth it. Without that treatment that forearm pain would've lasted over two weeks. It was completely gone the next day. On a hard quad day, muscles were so sore and tight, I was limping for days, used this and poof, next day all gone. Someone recommended ultrasound gel on spots to be treated, this is essential! To use, technically, you can simply turn machine on, look at images, pick spot you want to treat, click on it, press the play icon, then press the trigger button on and you'll hear this hammering sound shooting out. It's in function, have your gel already on and start playing around with how you will press that tip of the shockwave gun in those achy spots. I like to be aggresive but you can be ok with the presets with the body spots. You can always adjust once you become more familiar. I was nervous using at first but it really was easy to figure out. This thing is used on face in spas for tightening, a YouTube doctor uses it for ED. Its awesome.

Incredible Recovery Device For Endurance Athletes
This shockwave gun has been nothing short of incredible. I am an amateur endurance athlete (around 80 miles per week). In the past I have tried every treatment under the sun to help me recover between efforts: massage gun, heat, cold, scraping, dry-needling. All of them helped a little but none of them offered long-term relief. This all changed when I began using the Shockwave gun. After the first treatment I was hooked. It wasn't temporarily relief, it was permanent. My legs had not felt so good for years. I regularly use the device on my quads, calves, Achilles and many more places- anywhere I have tightness. Having a device like this at home is so much more convenient and cost-effective than going to a therapy session. It has easily paid for itself ten-fold. I recommend this to all family and friends. Often they are skeptical at first- and so I let them try it and they're believers. This is not pseudoscience. It is fundamentally altering the tissue of your body, loosening them up, removing adhesions and increasing blood flow.

Great Machine /Clean the charging unit after each treatment, add light oil on the bullet head-tube
I have used this Q60 he past 90 days and shock wave treatment does work for joint pain. When I looked i the treatments at $200+ per treatment and you usually need 7-10 treatments, the cost adds up, so I bought my own Shock-Wave unit. Great machine, easy to use but it takes a few times to get comfortable with getting the settings right for each pain area. The shockwave hits go from 1000-12000 and the energy can cause some soreness, so you have to start out easy and work up for each area you are treating. It's not a cheap machine but worth looking into because, if you get outside treatment , your first treatment may be well over $1000.00 and why I decided to buy this machine. and I'll be able to use it at home any time I want and save $$$$ in the long term.

Great machine — solid build and easy to use
Great machine — solid build and easy to use I’ve been really happy with this shockwave therapy machine so far. The unit feels solid, the touchscreen is easy to navigate, and it comes with several different treatment heads, which makes it useful for different areas like the back, shoulders, elbows, legs, and feet. Setup was straightforward, and once you understand the settings, it’s simple to adjust the intensity and frequency depending on the area you’re treating. It feels much more powerful and professional than a basic massage device. I also like that it’s not overly complicated. The machine is fairly heavy, but that actually makes it feel sturdy and well-built. Overall, I think it’s a great value compared to paying for repeated treatments, especially if you plan to use it regularly. Would recommend for anyone looking for a strong at-home shockwave therapy option.

A fantastic investment!
Suffice it to say, I am not a spring chicken and have spent thousands of dollars on over a dozen doctors and different devices over a dozen-plus years since I hurt my hip exercising. You name a therapy, and I’ve tried it. Everything helped…slightly, but the pain lingered, and I still couldn’t sit longer than 20 minutes at a time. If you’re an author with books you’d like to write and publish, that’s a problem! I was mentioning this problem to a colleague one day, and they suggested shock therapy, something that really helped them with multiple health issues. I subsequently signed up for 10 five-minute sessions for $1200 with their doctor using a stemwave machine. The results for my hip were amazing! Unfortunately, I soon badly sprained my already hyperextended knee. By that time, I had already looked at getting a machine of my own. Unfortunately, the stemwave machine cost around $20,000. Although not as powerful as stemwave machines, radial machines were in my price range, so I searched through those. I found that the one with the best price-to-performance ratio was the Kalecope Q60. I’ve now had the Kalecope Q60 for over two and a half months and will swear by it. It’s said that, with exercise, a badly sprained knee can take up to six months to a year to heal. With Kalecope, it started feeling better immediately, and I can now walk again without a problem. The stemwave doctor had suggested I have a couple of remedial sessions for my hip in addition to a 10-session series for my knee. So, I’ve already saved that by buying the Kalecope. My wife is also now using it for her problems, and I look forward to using the Q60’s amazing therapeutic properties as life throws me other problems. Note: The instructions are not all that great, but until they’re revised, you can quickly become something of an expert by asking Amazon’s Rufus, asking AI, and asking the factory, which has been highly responsive.

Best Shockwave Therapy Machine for the money.
My wife suggested I purchase an in-home unit, and we researched it together and saw a video demo. Then we went on Amazon and bought this wonderful Kalecope Q60 Shockwave Therapy Machine. It works just like in my Doctor's office. I was so impressed with the quality as well as the customer service. I would highly recommend this machine if you need to manage your injury, pain, etc. Make sure you buy this machine.

Great Machine, Even Better Customer Service
I purchased this machine to see if it would help with my chronic lower back pain. After just a few uses I could definitely tell the difference with much less chronic pain and significantly less discomfort even after exerting my back playing pickleball. I have expanded to use it on my upper shoulders now and it is definitely helping there as well. This shockwave therapy really does work ... at least it does for me! I will probably start using it on my calves next. The machine is easy to set up and very easy to use. I was up-and-running in under 10 minutes. The packaging was excellent and it arrived with no damage. I like that they include a couple of extra bullets and the cleaning brush as it is important to keep the unit clean on a regular basis. I did run into the same issue that some others have experienced with the handle having to be replaced. Lily at Customer Service was extremely helpful. I received the new handle in two days and she proactively followed-up to make sure I received it and that the unit was back to working as expected. So far the new handle has been working perfectly so I think I am past that issue now. Lily was also emphatic in reminding me that the machine comes with a one-year warranty. Hopefully I will not need any further help but it is nice to know this company is so responsive when you need them. Overall I highly recommend this machine. When I did my shopping for a shockwave machine I was impressed by the price/features/performance of this unit along with all the positive reviews from people who had purchased it. I am happy to also be getting good results and am glad I made this purchase.

Need an explanation!!!
Before buying this machine, I had a few sessions of shockwave therapy with my physical therapist and saw great results. That’s what convinced me to get one for home — it seemed like a smart investment that could save me both money and trips to the clinic. There are so many options on Amazon that I honestly didn’t know which one to pick at first. I eventually chose this one because it looked like a safe choice based on the reviews and features. When it arrived, I was excited to finally be able to treat myself at home. I used the #3 head at 3.5 Bar and 10Hz, with 2,000 pulses on my shoulder. But something didn’t feel right — the handle vibrated like a massage gun, not like the shockwave machines I had experienced at the clinic. After the session, the pain actually got worse. I figured it might be a normal reaction at first, but the next day my shoulder was still extremely sore and even swollen. I suspect the intense vibrations from the handle caused it. Later, my wife wanted to try it too, so we set it up again. But on the second use, the machine failed. The screen still counted like it was working, but the handle made no sound at all. Dead after just one use. I followed the instructions exactly. I only used it once and now it’s already broken. This is beyond frustrating and disappointing. I would really appreciate it if the seller could reach out and explain what went wrong.
