When I looked i the treatments at $200+ per treatment and you usually need 7-10 treatments, the cost adds up, so I bought my own Shock-Wave unit. Great machine, easy to use but it takes a few times to get comfortable with getting the settings right for each pain area. The shockwave hits go from 1000-12000 and the energy can cause some soreness, so you have to start out easy and work up for each area you are treating.
