Do these fit over pull on work boots?

Yes, I wear them with Ariat workhog xt patriot boots. They’re basically cowboy boots for work. Although these pants aren’t boot cut they will fit over the pants just a tad bit snuggier…it really doesn’t bother me while working, but your mileage may vary…

Are these pants flannel lined?

This style is not flannel lined. Try style 103342

Do they help with warm?

I haven't been exposed to cold temperatures other a few cold mornings sinse I had these pants. The material the pants are made from appears to be thick enough to keep you warm as well as a pair of jeans.
