@LongwayIndia Extremely disappointing after-sales service. I purchased a Longway geyser in January 2026 and it is still under warranty. The geyser has started making unusual noise, so I contacted your customer care number listed on your website. Instead of speaking to a service representative, I was redirected to WhatsApp, where an automated bot generated my complaint with a promised resolution time of 48 hours. It has now been 7 days — no call, no SMS, no technician visit, and not even an update on when the issue will be addressed. Whenever I call customer care, I am again redirected to the same WhatsApp bot, which keeps repeating an apology and saying that the complaint is "in progress." The most frustrating part is that there appears to be no human representative available to actually discuss or escalate a warranty issue. @LongwayIndia Is this how warranty support is supposed to work? A 48-hour resolution promise turning into 7 days of silence, with customers left talking to a bot?
