B-Sure Anal Leakage Pads, Case/288 (12 Boxes of 24 pads)

OK, let's face it talking about anal leakage is not the most delicate thing to discuss, but the fact is many do have this problem. I have had hemorrhoids, since my mid twenties, but after having my gall bladder removed in my 50's, I started to have minor "leakage" problems with my O-ring. Along with this came allot of itching and irritation. It was driving me crazy. I tried suppositories but they didn't help. I finally came to the solution of using Prep. H wiping cloths for cleaning and the B-Sure pads to absorb any minor leakage that might cause irritation. The change was quite amazing. Following this regimen I no longer suffer from irritation, itching, and stained underwear. Granted the B-Sures are a bit expensive, but I save money by buying them 12 boxes at a time, which last me about six months and far cheaper than buying a box at a time. I find they are easy to insert. Once you have cleaned with TP and PH wipe follow the directions and wrap the B-sure pad over your middle finger holding it in place with your index and ring fingers. Bend over, spread your legs, and insert it gently by reaching under your crotch. Don't press it in to hard against the anus as this might cause irritation! This method is far easier than trying to insert from behind, and insures a comfortable fit. Remember that this product is only for MINOR hemorrhoid and leakage problems!!! If you suffer from something more substantial , you will need something more substantial. The pad itself is very well made and leaves no fiber residues. I live in an area served by a major sewage system and dispose the B-Sures in the toilet. If you have a home septic system I would advise you NOT to flush them that goes for the PH wipes also! Indelicate as it seems, use a large zip lock freezer bag (discretely hidden away of course) for disposal in the trash. They can hold allot and the zip lock seal insures proof against embarrassing odors.

This product is soft and absorbant. If you just have minor leakage, such as after a surgery, when you sneeze or cough, or slight drainage from a fissure, this will do the job. It does not take the place of incontinence briefs such as depends. This product is meant to be tucked in between the cheeks, right up against the anus. If it is placed properly, you will not require anything to hold it in place. The only time mine has ever come loose is if I was squatting down low. It is not meant to be worn as a liner in underwear, thus no adhesive strip for underwear. Most people don't wear their underwear up the crack, which is where this belongs.

The product itself is good. But this listing, which offers a pack of 12 boxes, each contain I ng 24 pads, is not what you get for yoyr $75. Yiu get one box of 24. I received a refund, was told the problem had been addressed so I could reorder, and once again, got only one box.
