When it comes to supplements, sometimes it is nice to have them in one pill.HOW THIS COMESThis comes in a screw cap bottle with not child proof cap (in case that is a concern for you).PILLThe pill is compressed and is not hard to swallow. It is thin and about average size compared to a capsule.ANY ISSUES?I have had no issues with headaches, burping, digestion, or anything else bad when taking these.HOW I USE THISI take one of these pills and then I have a small glass of tonic water and take a quercetin as well. Both of those help the zinc to absorb in the cells and help me cope with inflammation. It works pretty well from what I am seeing.DOES IT HELP?I did not take these for a while and then started to feel off like something was trying to hit me. I went to taking one of these as I described to you and within a couple of days I was feeling fine again.THE BOTTOM LINEThis supplement is a nice easy way to get essential immune building factors into the body.
