It arrived broken with two outside chassis screws meant to mount the internal heat sink assemble rolling about loosely in the plastic bag it was wrapped in. The screws were clearly stripped and though the box appeared to be sealed from the factory, it was obvious from small scratch marks that someone had tinkered with it. Unable to apply power and test it with the broken load resistor assembly rattling loosely inside, but based on a visual inspection alone, was not very impressed with the overall construction based on the price. Returned.
