They are a little sticky but it wasn’t too hard to remove them. One thing I noticed is the whitened parts on my top front teeth look somewhat blotchy where it whitened. I’m hoping with additional applications it will even it out to be a uniform white. I will say yes they do work to whiten your teeth. My top teeth came out whiter compared to my bottom on the first application. I’ll maybe leave the bottom one on longer next time.
