They work. I buy from Amazon and never have I had one that was broken!

Caps frequently broken loose.
The caps on individual tubes are often broken in shipping causing a 5 to 10 percent loss in the product. Not insignificant for the price. The contents are very greasy which means the surviving tubes have to be washed in warm soapy water. I’m a paraplegic and have been using the product for years. It works great but they need to come up with a better way to package the product to prevent breakage.
