Zensah Unisex's Compression Knee Sleeve-Black, Small/Medium

Parto da un presupposto .... ciò che non va bene a me forse andrà bene ad un altro..... 1) Il materiale è di qualità.... sintetico ma altamente traspirante.... 2) L'ho comprato convinto di poterlo utilizzare in maniera invisibile sotto i pantaloni...... su questo aspetto è perfetto! 3) Il mio problema è una sindrome femoro-rotulea ....... e qui nota dolente.... la famosa "compressione" risulta non sufficiente (forse ad altri andrà bene)..... per me il concetto di compressione equivale a dare stabilità o sensazione di stabilità al ginocchio..... e di questo ne "sento" un minimo.... 4) Non mi sento di bocciarli in toto..... convinto che chi ha problemi leggeri più di riscaldamento ne trarranno beneficio....

I have tried many other brands of knee support sleeves. This is the best one so far! It provides good support all around the knee, and stability when walking. The no-slip grip does not slip nor move around with various activities. I find it comfortable to wear most of the day; but the compression support does fatigue my knee at the end of the day. I ordered XL even though their sizing chart recommended a Large - the Large felt more constricted on my knee. If you have swelling, I suggest ordering a size up. UPDATE: I have been using this knee support sleeve since August 23, 2023, when I received it. The no-slip grip around the upper part of my leg is now rolling down, it seems like it has lost it's grip. (I do have a thicker upper leg thigh). Disappointed it didn't last longer, but it has served it's purpose, since my Physical Therapy has strengthened my leg muscles and I am no longer using the sleeve as of today (Oct. 1, 2023).

I recently re-injured one of my arthritic knees and the Zenzah sleeve was recommended by my avid running friend. Upon receipt, I put it on and felt immediate relief and stability. At the time, my knee was still pretty swollen. The swelling went down and the nagging pain lessened that evening. I have been wearing it when I am out and about walking around to do errands or walking up bleachers at my kiddos games. I believe it has reduced my recovery time. I have large muscular thighs so I was worried about fit. However, it is very comfortable and L/XL fits very well. The rubbery lining in the cuffs, at top and bottom prevent slipping, keep the sleeve in place and do not irritate skin. It is such a thin design that it's hardly noticeable under my jeans or leggings . I'm looking to purchase another sleeve soon so I have back up and can let this one dry between washes when we travel this summer. The pink one looks fun and maybe they will release new colors or prints!

I had tried another sleeve and it stretched out of shape quite quickly. I've had the Zensah sleeve for four weeks and it's terrific--firm but not too tight, durable, and provides great support while exercising, climbing, walking , or just plain sitting around.

I purchased this to provide compression for a varicose vein that is painful during the first two days of my cycle. I tried a different knee sleeve for a few months that was more bulky, it became a real problem when it bunched up behind my knee and was only comfortable if my leg was straight. THIS sleeve is SO much better: the material isn't very bulky, it's comfortable and stretchy while still providing adequate compression. So far I've worn it two days straight. I was impressed with how it stayed in place pretty much all day, I think I only adjusted it once and that was towards the end of the day! I hope it will continue to hold up well over time. I can't say how it works for people with knee problems, but for my issue, I am very pleased and glad to find something that helps.
