Well made. Looks great and it's easy to use. Get this to keep your hose tidy and ready for use. The smart trak system keeps the hose wound up nicely so that when you pull it out to use, it comes out easily and without effort. Make sure you only wind and unwind when the hose is turned off to keep the wear and tear down (water is heavy). The resin material lasts a long time, even when stored in the sun. The weakest point is the handle....once again, don't reel in the hose when full....pay attention to how the hose is going into the reel to make sure it doesn't get tangled. The smart trak works well for this, but if you reel in the hose at a big angle to the trak, it can still get tangled. Use your foot as a guide when it comes in from an angle and you will save yourself a hassle and keep the hose from becoming tangled. It's well made and will last for years if you treat it well and pay attention when you are winding up the hose. It comes with the connector to your hose bib.

Works great! Looks nice in the yard. Good height. Rolls up the hose with the guide just as it should. I would recommend.

Excellent addition to one's garden. We use it to unwind and wind up our 100' drinking water safe garden hose. What a nice, easy and useful tool this is.Our old hose reel box had to be trashed, when the handle broke off ---- and shame on the company for no longer selling replacement parts (boo).Should have got this hose reel box ages ago. Just love it. Especially love that the top opens up. Sometimes the hose end gets sucked back into the box and being able to open the top is a must.Have to say, though: Despite the fact that this hose reel box (we got it in brown) is less than six months old, the top of it is already fading and looking kind of worn. Combination of sunlight and water, it looks like. We keep ours in full sun, but I don't remember our other hose reel boxes (also all in full sun) starting to look "old" so early on in their lives.That said, all these months later and the mechanism still rolls very smoothly and easily.

The reel itself is very good. No leaks, however the connection hose is garbage. It leaks through the metal seams. I will use a different connection hose. And yes it is tightened correctly and the washer is in there.

Packaged well, looks nice and works pretty well. I had to use some plumbers tape to seal the outer hose on the outside to keep it from leaking initially. Then held our hose pretty well, the only frustration being that it would slide around on the concrete when pulled. It does include anchors for going into the soft ground to hold it into place though. Didn't try those. Anyway, 10 months after purchase and after using about 4 times, the fitting on the actual hose reel cracked and leaks beyond ability to use any further. Water was left off when not in use, taken good care of and out of the elements. I've submitted a claim with them as it allegedly has a 3 year warranty. Hopefully if they do send a replacement, it will be one that's made with better quality plastic. When it works, it works well and is easy to retract the hose and pull it out for use. After this fitting cracked, however, it leaks like a sieve and I just pulled the whole hose out to connect to my spigot directly. Will update if I receive a replacement!

Very nice, nice and sturdy. Way better than the first one I got that I returned. It was like $30 cheaper and very flimsy and unstable. Glad I made the change.

I really like this hose reel. My outdoor faucet is located on my patio. This reel hides the hose, keeps it from the tangled and it look nice setting on the patio.

Product is great. You just have to keep the water on when you are rolling it, otherwise it will either jam or be hard to roll. It looks good outside as well with the patio.

Worst purchase I ever made on Amazon, this is all plastic even the fittings, leaked and stripped right away. Avoid this product.
