Q: what is the configuration of the 1 1/2" x 2' 3 way valve? are two sides 1 1/2" and one side 2" or is one side 1 1/2" and two sides 2"?

All sides are 1 1/2" and 2" ...for 1 1/2" simply insert and glue pipe and for 2" put and glue coupling over it inserting a pipe in to a coupling

Q: do u have a 3" 3-way diverter valve? i am using 3" pvc pipe.

Buy an adapter (2" or 2-1/2 inch to 3") at Home Depot or Lowes

Q: What is difference between psv3s and psv3sdgr

The PSV3S is for CPVC and the PSV3SDGR is for PVC
