These throwing axes work better than expected. Due to their double edged head shape, they really stick in the target in a lot of different ways. This makes them easy to throw and stick in the target 90% of the time. I have some other axes that bounce off the target if not thrown perfectly. The weight is just right for both adults and kids to use. The rubber on the handle is a nice feature for a secure grip. Overall, very happy with these axes and recommend them for ease of use for backyard fun.

Want to start by saying I am impressed with these. I've had quite a few throwing axes over the years, and these are probably one of my favorite sets. Throws well and the rotations and balance are easy to get the hang of. As you can see in the video, two of the handles came off. This was after about a combined 4 hours of use by 1 to 2 people. I think it was inevitable considering the material that the handles are made out of. But they were considerate and left holes through the tang so you can make your own handle with something like Paracord if you'd like. Edges held up pretty well, not a lot of deformation in the metal. Good for the price I suppose.

My Wife and I both got each other a set of 3 axes for Christmas 2024. Our family enjoys knife/axe throwing and we have a collection of different sizes. Both sets of axes arrived sharp edges out of the box. We prefer to throw our own axes and the size is perfect for anyone. I find the axe functional, easy to work on, removing dings and honing a new edge are easy over or under handed. The axes are comfortable to throw and balanced. I'm very pleased with the durability and design.

These are so fun. Easy to throw, comfortable in hand, and they take a beating. The rubber on the handles gets slices. If it ends up ripping enough I'll replace with hockey tape. But these are awesome for beginners.

These were alarmingly sharp, right out of the package. They have held up well and throw very nicely. Really couldn't ask for more.

He's throwing axes are lightweight and they're very durable however the handles peel off very quickly one Nick into the handle and the whole thing is gone it gets in your way when throwing so you might as well just peel the rest of it off and replace it with electrician's friction tape or just keep the handle off and file the sharp edges underneath so that you don't cut your hands when throwing if you do not put new handles on the axes are a little hard to throw due to the weight change however it can still be done I chose to re-wrap with electricians friction tape and that seems to have solved my issue the friction tape last much longer and it's a cheap replacement if I should have to peel it off again I've thrown these consistently for about a month and a half now and I have a lot of chips in the blades due to getting them so close together on the target so they do group very well and they are consistent materials and workmanship are top notch however the aggravation with the handles was enough to shy me away when I went to buy another set of throwing axes I don't think I will buy axes from this maker again because of all the frustration I had to go through figuring out the handles

Excellent start for anyone who is new to the passtime of throwing axes! Being double-ended it makes throws more forgiving. Great to do with friends outside!

Great product but watch out for the rubber grips. They will crack then peel with use. They are throwing axes after all. Just be prepared to wrap with paracord or plasti-dip them once an a while. Grips are a wearable item. Overall these axes are excellent in balance and durability.

We bought these for a town event , we played with them non-stop for 3 days strait and they are still sharp . The handle is starting to fall apart but that’s it ! I would buy this product again !

They seem well made, they're a bit lighter than the other set we have but it doesn't seem to affect the throwing. The rubber handle is a nice touch for throwing and finding missed throws. Overall pretty happy with them

Fast shipping. This is our second set from Ned Foss, and it looks like they have improved the grips. Looking forward to trying them out.
