Helps with disk bound scrapbooking!
Love this disk bound hole punch! The size is a standard size. It’s durable. It is a little heavy to always carry around, but works good just leaving it on the desk. It’s easy to use and has the ruler/guide on it to help you determine how many holes you want. It’s easy to use, even my kids like to use it!

This paper punch is of excellent quality.
One thing I look for that denotes quality is how an item is packaged. The packaging on this paper punch rivals Apple's. Well done! And the punch works beautifully!

But if you get some good paper (I recommend 28-32 lb weight)
Yes, it's expensive. But if you get some good paper (I recommend 28-32 lb weight), you can add pages you print to your notebook without spending a fortune. I work in a medical laboratory, so I have lots of notes to keep on hand. I use the junior size notebook, and I just fold a piece of paper in half, cut, and Voila! I have the perfect size. Some of the individual punchers might stick when you try to punch something thick or flimsy, especially right out of the box, but if you remove the cover on the bottom, you can push on whichever punches are stuck and they'll pop back in place. I don't know if that's unique to mine or a recurring issue, but it's not insurmountable. I figured this out when I punched some plastic dividers to adapt them to my Tul notebook. I also punched a plastic pocket insert that was made for a 3-ring binder of the same size. It works!Like another reviewer said, go head, bite the bullet, and order this puncher. You'll make up the expense with the cheap stuff you can adapt!

Small punch
It works well, but the punch is not deep enough and the head is small, making it difficult to have a lot of pages in a ring.I had modify my HP punch to fit a junior size.Is still nice, just not what I was looking for.

Good
But two things to be aware of. There screws in the back to adjust...use them to properly line up the individual punches. When I got mine, some of the punches were off quite a bit. There were no instructions and it wasn't necessarily intuitive what the screws were for. This is a well built punch.I despise the rubber foot that captures the bits of paper that get punched out. It is flimsy and will fall off if you do not hold it in place while using it and along your trek to the waste basket.

Works perfectly….
This punch works perfectly with the Tul disk system - I use it to add to my notebooks and keep training material handy. Great buy if you use disk products

An important tool if you like your TUL binder system.
It may seem odd that I'm taking time to review what really is a very practical piece of office equipment. I'm normally reviewing books or films or items that are a bit more enjoyable.BUT -- I want to make the point to other fans of the TUL binder system: If you haven't bought one of these devices, you should go ahead and pay the price so you can keep your TUL binders working for a long time.I got into using the TUL system after a trip to an office-supply store a while ago. Then, later, I found that particular store had stopped stocking some of the additional items I wanted for this style of binder. Finally, I broke down and bought this punch so I can make my own pages.I'm someone who really likes this system -- finds it useful -- and I want to put more material into my binder. If you're like me, I'm writing this review to say: Go on. Bite the bullet and pay for this punch. It'll make your TUL system more adaptable and will keep it an effective option going forward.
