As many people out there.....I dont get enough fiber in my normal meals. So I have added this fiber supplement and a couple of others to my routine. It definitely seems to be helping.

I rarely write reviews but I will for this product.This powder is excellent. No artificial ingredients, added sugars, chemicals. Strictly the 3 constituent plant fibers. 8g of fiber per serving is very good. Being USDA organic is nice too, do not see this for many fiber supplements.It dissolves very well, best in hot liquids. I add it to my coffee. It disolves fine into cold water as well, just takes more stirring.The taste is actually pleasant. A very subtle creaminess, reminds me of taro. I experienced no digestive side effects of any kind.After a few days there was a noticable improvement to my movements. More regular, complete eliminations. I also have a increased feeling of saitety after consuming which has allowed me to eat less.I will continue to consume this daily for the foreseeable future. Have set up a subscription to this end. My wife and I both are having it and seeing benefits.One worthy of mention of course, I aim for about a gallon of water a day. Thus, the potentially dehydrating effects of concentrated fiber have never been an issue for me. If you drink little water, you may consider increasing water intake when increasing fiber.Highly recommend this product for anyone looking to increase fiber intake.

My recommendation is to start with small doses and gradually increase with this product. I used one scoop and boy did it produce the rhyming word. I did not experience a lot of gas pains. I I am literally relieved and now will proceed cautiously.

I wanted to try an organic and naturally based pre-biotic supplement and see what, if any, difference it made to the one I purchased at the store. WOW, unbelievable difference. I have taken daily for a full month so I could leave a thorough review. I did find it has a subtle flavor which I would expect from a naturally sourced minimally processed supplement. I chose to mix it with my greens instead of coffee. It dissolves completely, no graininess whatsoever. Initially, I experienced some stomach discomfort so I reduced the amount I added to allow my body appropriate time to acclimate to this new introduction into my dietary routine. I’m so glad I did! It has made a huge difference in my gut health. I have zero bloating or gas with this product. The benefits of a healthy gut are too many to get into on a review, but, immunity, energy, and brain fog are the top three I wanted to address. It is important to remember food and supplements are fuel and tools to optimize our bodies. You must know your own engine and adapt and adjust to what your individual needs are. I’m super grateful I found this supplement and allowed my body to tell me how to build into maximizing its potential in my system. Bought this when my regular product was unavailable. I’ll you one thing, this stuff will make you gassy all day long! And not just a little gassy…you might wanna stay out of public places. Unless crop dusting is something you enjoy unleashing on others.

I like this product. I add it in my smoothies. I wish they would change the shipping method from USPS.My order is either misplaced in someone else’s parcel compartment or it is stolen. Sadly, USPS is not very reliable. I subscribe this product, but if this happens again, I will look for other products.

This is really what I have been looking for in a prebiotic fiber supplement. I put one scoop in a cup or more of water and it is that easy. It does not have a bad taste and I feel like my stomach issues have improved. I like that it has Jerusalem artichoke in it which is high in the prebiotic our gut needs. Dissolves easily!

Zero taste and I have definitely noticed a difference, for the better, with my stomach issues. I have been using for 30 days
