I've been using GABA for several years now. I've tried different brands, but I always find myself coming back to this one because it's so effective and the price is reasonable. I usually take it about 30 minutes before bed. I used to take just one pill, but as I’ve started experiencing perimenopause symptoms, I’ve had to increase the dose to two pills—and I sleep pretty well.
