Samsung Galaxy S4 S-View Flip Cover Folio Case (Light Blue)

Using a flip cover/case with a Samsung device provides some protection. It adds functionality you may not realize on first use. If you do not use a security feature with your lock screen, you can turn off the Android lock screen and allow this flip cover to serve that function. Open the cover and your phone wakes up and is ready to go. Close the cover and the screen turns off. If you receive a call or notification you can accept or dismiss it with touch through the window without opening the cover. When on a call, leave the cover closed and the screen stays cleaner.I previously used a similar Yesoo brand cover with a magnetic closure. The magnetic closure provided some extra protection during drops, but the added bulk from the extra backing detracted from the S4's thin design and shiny metal sides. I find the materials of this Samsung cover and overall design superior. The rear of this cover is thin, but made of a nice iridescent, color-matched material. It is slightly more grippy than the stock back cover.The only complaint I have with this cover is the volume controls are slightly harder to reach. With practice you can easily adjust the volume through the side material of the flip case.

Brilliant blue color is stylish and makes phone easy to find in purse or around house. Blue has a very slight metallic/pearl effect which adds to appeal. Believe color is unisex. Like cover's large peek window, easy to check time. Cover offers auto off/on when closed/opened. Prefer cover for screen protection, tho cover makes it hard to take one-handed pics.... perhaps this is more of a user issue, not case issue. Great price... much more economical than 1st case when phone was new. Fast delivery.

Item seems to work sometimes and other times it doesn't. This item is also missing the contact pieces on the inside of the case that makes contact with the phone. Again I go to Best Buy and the one from Best Buy is so similar you don't even see the difference accept what is inside that touches the battery to make it work. Not happy at all!

I LOVE these covers! Won't use anything else for my Galaxy S4. I have been using these types of covers or over a year and I am hooked. Unique - its a "book" surround: back and front included. You will replace the back cover you are currently using with this one. Also, placing the phone in a DOCK turns it into a clock/calendar so you don't need a bedside clock any longer. Beware: Others are not made a well as this one is! This has a heavy, plastic viewing window. Others are flimsy because they have no plastic in the window which causes the top of the case to bend. This one is much heavier and I have had no problem sliding it into my back pocket of my jeans. I love this one so much that I actually bought 2, to change the color and the look whenever I want.. Delivered quickly and well packaged.

I didn't read the reviews before I purchased this case, after purchasing I did read them, most were Negative, case didn't fit, cheap and flimsy or failed in 2 days. The Case I received Fit perfectly, while it wasn't an Otter Box Defender where you can drop it from the Umpire State Building it does protect the screen very well, it is very low profile and fits in my shirt pocket as if there was no case at all, the OtterBox, while protecting your phone very well didn't go in my pocket because of the bulk, t didn't fit in any of the holsters I purchased for it, the Otter Box Holster is a sure way to lose your phone. I ware a suit to work and the bulk of the other cases was unacceptable. This case fit my phone perfectly, this case replaces the factory Back cover, it fit like it is supposed to, construction was acceptable for what it is. I like it and the price was right so I purchased a couple of them for now and later, I don't expect it to last forever; just like any case. I would recommend it to a friend, in fact I did and he liked it too. I hear there are counterfeits out there, I purchased the cases that were fulfilled by Amazon and got official Samsung Product. and all for $4.75.

Case fit perfectly, The box it came in even looks like it came right from samsung. Instructions are not in english but this is not a difficult case to figure out. This is not a case you would use if you want to protect it from falls, it replaces your back battery cover. The main point of this "case" is to protect the screen from scratches and it does exactly that. Anyone complaining that the case and phone broke when they dropped it is just dumb, get an otter box.

Pros:-nice color-looks very professional-extra screen protection-the open space to see the time and notifications is neat, especially the ability to answer callsCons:-makes the phone slightly more bulky-is hard to remove-makes taking pictures a pain!! if you have the case folded over (having the part that covers the screen touching the back), it covers up part of the lens, and the part that isn't covered up is blurred). Makes it impossible (unless you remove the case, but refer to previous con) to take pictures of you and someone else unless you want to use the horrible front facing camera instead of the 13 MP camera..I loved using this case until I realized how hard it makes picture taking. Took mine off and put my Otterbox back on.

This is just AMAZING! I bought it and it is EXACTLY as described! I'm not making any kind of publicity, but I have to say that this thing is wonderful, thanks Samsung for always bringing high-tech solutions to your dear customers :)I have to say that it works really fine, and it's extremely easy to install, use and understand. The only two things I didn't like much are that the light screen it has is not very soft, and that it doesn't lock with a locker (LOL), but those are stupid facts, and doesn't realy matter at all because overall you get to it very pleasently :)
