I have the Pixel 2 and I can't get it to adjust horizontally for the off-center camera.  How did you overcome this?

Will this hold a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus?

I have no experience with Galaxy Note 10 plus! Therefore I cannot answer your question specifically about the suitability with the tablet. My only disappointing experience was with galaxy smartphone, a much smaller platform. Would not recommend this product.
