Missing inner stopper, it leaked into packaging during transit.
The media could not be loaded. It's not a returnable item which is understandable but it came without the inner stopper that allows you to even take the product and leaked from bottle in transit so not only do I have to transfer it into another dropper bottle but it's missing about a 1\3 of the medicine.

Item had no plastic seal on the top and it was open with part of the product gone. It was sealed in the bubble wrap so that means it was sent this way. It want a replacement or my $ back
