Reads so slow it’s pointless
The product functions, however it is so slow I can read much faster and it’s just double the work! I have epilepsy and reading gets tiring and thought this would be a solution to that, but this device is just wayyyy too slow! I was looking for something that reads in real time as I scan, this is not the device for me.

Hidden gem
I had my doubts about this working. It has its offline feature so you can test it out and surprisingly it works. The only con it might have would be that it disconnects from my internet so often but that might just be an issue on my end. But besides that it works well offline

USB Malfunction error comes when try to connect with PC and mac
I Purchased this product, text excerption feature not working properly, when you connect reader and computer with USB cable it send you error. I even tried this with my mac still not working properly.
