Although it doesn't completely stop the itch, it's sufficient. The best part is relief of the dry flakes of skin - it softens them and reduces "tears" from the hard flakes snagging and ripping (psoriasis on my palms), thus decreasing all the open wounds. Not going to bother refilling any more scripts.
