**Q: How long should each session of use be?**
A: The instructions recommend 20 minutes a day for the first week for tooth whitening, then 10 minutes a day.  For gum care, the recommendation is 10 minutes a day.  The device has an automatic shutoff, so it won't go too long.

**Q: It says to use the cleaning gel. What cleaning gel? No cleaning gel was included with the order.**
A: There is no information about cleaning gel in the listing. We apologize for any confusion.

**Q: how do you clean it?**
A: Detach the mouth piece and run it under warm water or you can pour hydrogen peroxide over it.  That’s all we do.

**Q: What is the potency? Depth of impact? thank you**
A: It says this is made by NASA. The mouthpiece employs eight infrared (880nm) and eight red (660nm) LEDS that produce safe infrared heat that penetrates deep into gingival tissue, boosting circulation to help promote oral health.  This is part of what is on the paperwork we have about it.
