Works on XL Green Egg

Just what I needed. Works well and price was good. Con: Not the same readings as Greenegg thermometer but gets the job done. Had to calculate, but it came with a note saying to calculate before using.

Good quality and accuracy on a large, easy to see thermometer. I did calibrate in boiling water before use, and it has held calibration better than some others. Nice addition to my Big Green Egg!

This thermostat has a long probe which is needed for my PitBoss, kettle bbq. The thermostats sold at Home Depot are made for regular bbq's and have short probes which do not work on kettle. This thermostat took about one minute to install. The numbers are a little bit smaller than I expected, but it worked perfectly the first time I used it.
