This works really well. It's quite accurate and links with the app very well in my experience. The setup was easy and the cool thing is the app sets up a graph showing you where you were and where you are now also it gives body Water Analysis this I liked because it gave me information about the food I eat and whether or not it's making me retain water. I love this scale! You need to use it with the app to show all the other readings on the scale itself, otherwise it will only show you your weight. The app keeps track of all the different measurement categories and you can chart them to see your progress. The weight and other measurements show up clearly on the display of your scale along with the display on your phone.
