I had an annoying ant problem. No idea where they were coming or going but they were constantly meandering aimlessly around my bathroom. I got SO sick of them I sprayed bleach where I kept finding them, they still kept coming. I bought some Amazon ant killer, sprayed that, and then installed one of these guys. I sprayed once, with a spray that said it would last for maybe a week. And it has now been a month and I haven't had but one or two random ants. I think this product worked. Additionally, since it was a 2 pack I put it in my kitchen and it worked great, I had seen a couple random ants and since then I never saw another one until a few weeks ago when I accidentally left a pizza box in the open with Pizza Hut cinnamon sticks in it. I don't think even it could take care of that. But I sprayed and haven't seen them since again. I think this product definitely does do something and I credit it for keeping them away. It says on the product that it doesn't travel through walls which is a bummer. I don't know what kind of technology it uses but I would expect it to travel through a wall since its not always possible an outlet is in the area. Otherwise totally happy with this product!

I plugged it in for one month and it DID NOT WORK. Delivered October 27th and on November 27th I still have those darn cockroaches. This morning I opened my kitchen cupboard and saw a great big fat adult cockroach crawling over my dinner plate. DISGUSTING. Contacted Amazon and got a prepaid shipper label and will be getting a full refund. If you have any problems or questions about returns do it through Amazon because the seller is non communicative. I tried contacting the seller through the Amazon portal and 3 days later the seller contacted me and said they would not honor the return over 30 days - I wanted to keep this product another 2 weeks to give it a really good try - but the seller said "No we will not extend the refund deadline" so nuts to them! I have a very light infestation of cockroaches but they are still here even after 30 days. My landlord is going to be spraying the entire apartment building soon. Here is a photo of my ROOMATE MR. COCKROACH. He is not paying rent but living in my cupboard and scurrying around all my dishes! I captured Mr. Cockroach, my roomate by putting a plastic cup over him and I am enjoying watching him slowly die! 30 days after I plugged SIX units all over my small one bedroom apt I am seeing new born itty bitty cockroach babies, mid-size and full grown adults. Primarily in the kitchen and bathroom. They like to go where there is water and food. Be sure to always keep the lid on your kitchen sink, bathroom sink and bathtub drain. There is LOTS of gunk, decaying stuff in the drains that cockroaches LOVE to eat and that dark, wet drain is a breeding area for gnats, flies and cockroaches. This is on the 30th day of plugged in SIX UNITS in a small one bedroom apt. 3 units in the kitchen 1 unit in the living room 1 unit in the bathroom 1 unit in the bedroom IT DOES NOT WORK !!!!

With this kind of product, it's generally hard to determine whether it is really working. With this specific product, that is not an issue. It works, and it works well. My roommate's dogs, cats, and open doors were leading to an influx of fleas, mites, flies, and various other insects into my home. As soon as I opened my bedroom door, at least a few various insects would dash in. Then I bought this and plugged it in right next to my door. From that moment on, over the course of three solid months, I have had two flies enter my room, and have not noticed a single flea or other pest. (I love spiders, and they help the Earth, so they are exempt.) This plugin seems to have done exactly what I needed it for, inexpensively, simply, and effectively. My experience is not rock solid proof, but here's the thing: I bought three other devices from other vendors to place in other areas of my home. NONE of them seemed to do anything at all! Had I known, I would have spent the money on a few more of these. I'm not affiliated with the company. I am just an unbiased customer who believes in the product.

I would rate this a four star product. It appears to work well and appears to drive the pest away. The amount of lizards in our garage dramatically dwindled when I plugged in both units. I also haven’t seen any other little critters in the garage. My two biggest complaints are the rounded top makes it impossible to plug another item in above it. And my second complaint is the blue lights are very dull. At night the lights are easy to see, but in the daytime I have to get right up on it and cover it with my hand to ensure it is on. These products work and I’m highly satisfied.

This product is easy to plug in and acts as an attractive blue nightlight. I bought two because I have a serious problem with fleas getting in my home from a nearby field and biting me. Each repeller makes a very quiet tick noise repeatedly that I never notice if the repeller is in living room but in my bedroom i couldn't sleep with it on because I am sensitive to noises while sleeping. I still have bugs in my home but that is inevitable. It is not possible to know how well it works because you don't see the dead bugs like you do in a bug trap. It is worth trying for those who have problems with bugs. It looks much more attractive than a bug trap.
