Newzoll 2 X 30A Range Current Sensor ACS712 Module

Used them to detect power in my miter saw to start a vacuum cleaner. They work great.

Worked as designed. Connected this to a ADC and RPI. The readings are a little tricky to understand when using to measure AC current - the sine wave generates positive and negative output.

Great product and fast delivery

Perhaps I did something incorrect, but at higher currents these units measured incorrectly in excess of one amp. Not sure how they are at lower ranges but I do not recommend this model.

The traces on this thing are no where near 30A.... Maybe 1A.I did not even try to use them as they would burn up immediately.Garbage.
