Important: This listing does NOT disclose regional compatibility differences. I invested a lot of time researching this product and chose it expecting top‑tier performance for the $1,600+ price. Instead, I ran into nonstop connection failures from the moment I set it up. Even with two tech‑savvy people working on it and multiple sessions with support, nothing resolved the issue. After nearly 10 hours of firmware updates, downgrades, resets, and repeated troubleshooting, support finally asked for the serial number. The moment I provided it, they immediately identified the problem: the seller had shipped a Chinese‑market unit that is incompatible with U.S. systems. This critical detail is not disclosed anywhere in the listing. There is no warning that multiple regional versions exist, and no way for a buyer to know they might receive the wrong one. Had support checked the serial number at the beginning, we could have avoided hours of wasted time. Extremely frustrating experience — and completely avoidable with proper transparency from the seller!

It did just what it said it would do for our conference room set up allowing our laptop to work wireless to the monitor!!
