Before doing Prose or going to the Derm, I used this for my scalp 2x a week. It definitely helped with dandruff, itching and dryness. But as soon as I stopped using it and went to a new shampoo, about 3 weeks later it came back. The smell isn't overwhelming. Its worth the price, cheaper then drugstore prices near me.

This product has been a two fold blessing for me , it's awesome shampoo but it also has been a life saver in how well it's controlls my rashes I've been getting from medication like excema and when I told my dermatologist he brushed me off , I guess no money in it for him , what a shame it has cleared it up off my face ,neck , and chest every time it breaks out. I'm not claiming anything other than a possible treatment that we always look for during an outbreak, I now use it as a body wash and I'm proof it worked on me .

I use this shampoo every 2 days. It leaves my hair shiny and soft. I love the smell of it. It also gets rid of the dandruff on the first use. I no longer have scalp itch.

Had my seborrheic dermatitis under control for many years, until I stopped using the old Head & Shoulders Clinical Strength formula and switched to the standard H&S. Was hesitant to try the new stuff, since I was really in love with the old formula -- aside from the scalp treatment, it just gave my hair the perfect amount of volume. Well, as it turns out, standard H&S is not enough for me, and I NEED the clinical strength formula. Scalp conditions started to improve within 2 weeks, and now (2 months) it's basically non-existent. Cannot recommend enough for seborrheic dermatitis. Smells very similar to the old formula, which isn't that great, but also not that bad. The smell mostly just fades into the background, and I'm fairly sensitive to fragrances. As far as how it leaves my hair (I don't usually use conditioner post-wash), it's also very similar to the old formula, so overall not too disappointed with H&S decision to reformulate its Clinical Strength line.

Of all the prescription shampoos the dermatologist gave me, none ever worked for my itching scalp. I bought this shampoo and the first day I used it, I had some relief from itching my head. I haven't had it that long but now I have very little scalp itch and my hair loss has stopped. Cheaper than prescription.

THS WORKS when nothing else did. This product is amazing. It cleared my dry scalp after one or two shampoos. I use it with every shower, and it takes very little to do the job. I won't buy anything else.

My son and I both use this. Prevents dandruff and scalp acne and leaves hair feeling nice and clean and smells fantastic! Best shampoo I know of.

I moved from Europe to USA and for almost a year my head was so full of dandruf, it was impossible for me to get rid of it. I bought this shampoo and it got rid of the dandruf in a span of 2-3 washes! I use it all the time and would recommend it often to my friends.

I used it couple times already and my flakes and itchiness improved.

The first bottle arrived partially open, and the shampoo had leaked inside the package. It was shipped in a thin mailer with no proper protection. It should have been packed in a box. The scent is also very different from the older version I used before. I’m not sure if the formula has changed or if this is a poor imitation, but it doesn’t feel like the same product.
