Problem solved
This is it. This is the solution you’re looking for. Don’t install that Honeywell garbage. Don’t hire somebody to do it. It’s a very quick and easy install as long as you know how to work in an attic. Pull the old garbage off. Mine was a two wire but had a five wire conductor with the other three bent back so I just landed a random color wire to make the third wire on both the controller and the damper. I literally replaced my AC unit thinking that was the issue. This hundred dollar purchase could’ve saved me thousands. It can save you thousands buy it!!!!

Works perfectly - Installed on original damper replacing old Honeywell 2 wire actuator
Purchased these actuators to complement a new ECOJAY 4 Zone Controller. Easy replacement of original Honeywell parts and far superior in dependability and performance compared to the Honeywell originals. ECOJAY has provided excellent setup support for the complete system - both the Zone Controller and the Damper Actuators. The Belimo 3 wire motor provides an inexpensive swap for old Honeywell spring type 2 wire actuators. I installed on outlet zones and one zone for top floor inlet register to control convection in a 3 zone system. It works great, positive on & off control is far superior to the spring type one way Honeywell actuators. One downside it the adapter sleeve which connects the motor to the damper axle. The adapter has larger ID than the OD of the original Honeywell damper axles. I worry that the locking setscrew will loosen with time - I check the function every 3-6 months to make certain that the motor-damper connection is secure.

Solved my headache
I don't often write reviews, but this item has been operating so well that I am compelled to do so. For context, I have tried different brands before; they are all very noisy. I have a contractor who charged me $1200 but failed to do the job. This one is easy to install and extremely quiet. I cannot be happier!

Great actuator, probably last time I will ever have to go up in the attic for any DIY HVAC work again
What a difference these make. The Honeywell actuators this replaced have nowhere near the torque these things do. Relatively simple install, seller provides very thorough instructions. Hooked mine into a Honeywell TrueZone system without issue. I dont know if you are supposed to or not, but I used the smaller set screws this came with instead of the long screws. Seems to work just fine. Be aware these are basically industrial grade and WILL turn whatever it is hooked to so make sure the actuator is mounted straight. Note that if you are used to the Honeywell actuators, they tend to cycle within 10-15 seconds. These bad boys take a full 90 seconds so just make sure you wait long enough for the panel to cycle any sort of purge out and then begin actuation. Build quality is extremely high. I thought it was kind of expensive for what it is supposed to do but now I see why. It is built like a tank and will withstand years of hard use. These are designed for 3 wire Power On/Power Close style boards, however there are included wiring instructions to adapt them to 2 wire systems, so bonus there as well. The only downside to these is if they ever lose power/short out for whatever reason, they will not "spring open" like the honeywell actuators do. However unlikely, it is possible to have a fully functioning furnace but the damper be closed. This can be overridden by manually releasing the clutch (big black button) and turning it by hand, but of course that requires you to get up in the attic/go down in the dungeon to do. overall 5/5 would buy again for future damper actuation needs

second purchase
These work great once I figured it out. Instructions not professionally written but I finally got how to control and set the travel limits. You have to run an extra wire to the control panel but that was not a big problem because the damper I was working on was close by. The next one I want to replace is two floors up so pulling the extra wire may be a challenge. After 3 months still working fine. Update 1.5 years still working great. Just replaced 2 more Honeywell controllers with the Belimo motors. Like night and day. Love the quality. I can install one in 15 minutes now. Highly recommend changing out your old spring controller with a new Belimo. I saved thousands doing it myself and I have never done this work before.

Great replacement for Honeywell M847D-Zone junk
I have 5 Honeywell M847D spring return damper motors in my system. My house was built with the old style metal case motors. None of them lasted more than 3 years. I started replacing them with the new Honeywell plastic case motors that look nice but don’t last any longer as now several of them have failed. I stumbled across this replacement on amazon and ordered one. I installed it in place of the Honeywell in about 10 minutes. My installation already had a three wire conductor ran to all the motors even though only two wires are used for the spring return. I could make the adapter kit that comes with this but it’s not worth the hassle for an extra few dollars they charge. I just installed it so can’t comment on longevity yet but I’ll take my chances on a motor made in the USA with a 5 year warranty. Can’t be any worse than the Honeywell, either old style or new plastic housing style. I just ordered two more to have in stock because one of the Honeywell’s is making a bad noise and I’m sure the rest won’t last long.

It works
This is a convenient kit to replace a Honeywell with a Belimo motor. The adaptor coupling works, but it is an unusual inside diameter. Perhaps to accomodate other brand shaft sizes or to more easily fit over shaft if it has imperfections. I am trying a different adaptor next time as an experiment.

Works well.
I replaced a 2 wire actuator with this 3 wire to reduce chance of another failure. The original installer had used 5 wire cable, so very easy to connect the 3rd wire. This style does not require motor to work against return spring.
