I got this tablet & was a little hesitant because some reviews where negative about quality, but I pulled the trigger and I'm so happy I did. It came absolutely perfect! Not scratches or anything & works like brand new. It goes above and beyond my expectations for a renewed product. Works perfectly for my business/school work & for drawing digital art. Love the s pen for note taking its like writing on a peice of paper! 10/10 would recommend

My daughter bought this tablet for her dad's birthday. He'd been using his phone to play games and she watched him straining to see the screen. Let me tell you...once it was completely set up after all the updates that it needed, he did NOT PUT THAT TABLET DOWN for the next 4-5 hours. Our family are Samsung Galaxy fans and have other Samsung galaxy electronics. This is a refurbished tablet in EXCELLENT condition. No scratches, dents or cracks whatsoever. The battery lasts for several hours and neither the tablet or power cord heats up or overheats. Has external memory card slot for extra storage with a micro SD card. Nice large screen, easy to navigate and set up. We LOVE it!!!! My husband LOVES it!!!! Great product and great value.

Amazing tablet all over, had it for two weeks atp. Scratch resistance - amazing, I use a titanium s pen nib (it does in fact come with an s pen) because it doesn't wear down as fast as plastic or rubber nibs if it even wears down at all and I have noticed no visible scratches in the screen at all even though I do press relatively hard when I draw. Sound quality - just flawless, the dual speakers are not just for show, they are amazing and I love them for watching tv, it makes you feel really emersed in whatever you're watching or playing. Battery life - lasts really really long for whatever you're using the tablet for, watched movies ALL day continuously and used less than 80% battery. That's more than 10 hours of continuous use at full charge. Speed - really fast, I have no issues with lag or slow browsing at all, even when playing games like Minecraft or Roblox, some issues on Roblox that aren't optimized for mobile games have issues with running, but those games are far and few in between. If you plan on getting it for gaming go for the 128gb option. Ease of use - really easy, I've used Android for all of my life so I'm used to it, but even for people who use Apple would probably figure it out pretty fast, the ui is easy to use, easy to customize, and there are even s pen shortcuts and manual shortcuts you can add. Color quality - amazing, in the settings you can choose between natural and vibrant color display. I use natural because I get headaches when faced with bright colors, and even with how bright and pink my home screen is I've had no issues, it's not overbearing or offensive even on vibrant, and it's great for watching movies and tv. Comes along with tablet - s pen, charger, power block, but no ejector, so if you want to extend the storage you'll have to use something else like the post of an earring.

I spent a long time trying to find a great version of this tablet, and honestly wanted to save some money. This product had all the accessories, and the renewed option sounded great. Once I got everything, I realized that all of the advertised accessories were very cheap knock offs. The seller was very responsive and great to work with. They explained that Amazon is very strict with the postings, but that generic accessories are the only requirement. The seller was very helpful, and did send an actual S Pen, a fast charger, and a Samsung charger. Overall, the tablet works great, and the great response and support from the seller made it worth while. Really appreciate them. Just be sure to understand, that the listing does NOT include original accessories, the actual pen itself being $30.

Was hesitant to buy refurbished but have not had a bit of trouble. Works like new. Use it every day for reading mostly and recipes.

I needed an updated tablet as FaceTime and zoom became necessary during the last few years. So last year I bought one. A year later it still works well, still holds its charge beautiful clear screen. Never crashes. Very user friendly. So I bought one for mom for mother's day. So far so good. And I was happy with the price, got it on sale. You would never know these weren't brand new.

This tablet is so hard to set up, it is complicated beyond imagination. I am pretty techy and this thing has frustrated me to the point that I almost threw out the window. I wish I could return it because I can't use it. Totally wasted my money. It's very proprietary and you can't even open the Google Play store app on it. I have other Samsung products and they are just fine, but this one; I recommend you stay away from it. It is a complete hassle and disaster, waste of money. An example, I downloaded the Google Play store app, try to open it and it keeps asking me for a password. I never put a password on my Google Play app. Can't get it to open, nor can I get any other app to open unless it's a Samsung. When I chose one of their apps, it open right away. I wish I could return it but I have waited too long. Don't buy, you'll just waste your money and frustrate yourself beyond belief.

I’m surprised at how cheap this actually was. This is a great tablet and I love the pen! Very sleek and fast. Perfect size, as well. I was looking for a big tablet like this.

Es increíble la calidad de la TAB, no tiene ni un solo detalle estético y funciona de maravilla parece nueva. Es justo lo que buscaba en desempeño para redes sociales y ofimática, el lápiz óptico ayuda mucho a evitar dejar huellas en la pantalla por su uso. No soy persona de videojuegos así que no puedo opinar en ese rubro. Estoy muy satisfecho con la compra.

Recibí el equipo en buenas condiciones, sin detalles estéticos, como nuevo, me sorprendió en tamaño de la pantalla, es grande pero se aprovecha, llegó con únicamente el S pen y su cargador. Una buena inversión para estudiantes.

un Android grandote pero cuando se termina de descargar la batería que terminas con un ladrillo amenos que sepas de computación y puedas reinstalar el sistema operativo [flash the firmware]. pensé que querían competir con Apple; que decepción... le di una estrella más porque si logras activar y lo dejas en modo download unos 30 min logro cargarse lo suficiente para reconocer que estaba a 1% de carga y volver a cargar. solución que aprecio como 8 horas después del incidente
