When I open a can of the bacon and can not eat the whole contents at one sitting what can I do with the remaining bacon?

You may place in a Ziploc bag and refrigerate for 7-10 days after opening. You may also freeze unused portions for up to 6 months.

Why can't they stamp a manufactures date on the bottom of the can, so you don't need a chart to look it up !!!!!!!!!

Every manufacturer has different cypher codes for their products. The bacon has the date is was made on the bottom. Right now we are selling the cans with an "A4316" A represents the product which is bacon, the the first # (4) is the year it was made 2014- and then the day it was made- 316th day of 2014 - Nov 12. Hope this helps.
