It contains sugar, and that made me a little uneasy. After educating myself, the decision was made - go for it. So, I finished the first container and am ordering the second one. I take a teaspoonful of molasses once a day with the biggest meal of the day. It does not affect my blood glucose at all this way. It really boosts my energy throughout the day, and my mind is clear. In general, I feel great after taking it. I stopped taking single supplements. However, I have one request to whoever is distributing this product.
