healthy and delicious pasta
I received this product as a sample from PINCHMe and I liked the product so I purchased from Amazon. This product is healthier than normal pasta and cooks well and is not sticky. After cooking I added cheese and made a cheesy pasta. I also like that this is a high protein product, too.

Excellent tasting pasta alternative
Wow I am surprised how good this alternative to regular pasta is! I didn't even tell my husband it was something different and he never even knew. Of course I did have it covered in homemade pasta sauce with Italian sausage so it was disguised. But if it had been weird tasting he would have said something. I was happy to find this and I'll buy it again This was my first time trying this but I will buy it again.

Pretty good, obviously gluten free
I have been gluten free, against my own will, for a few years now. Being gluten free comes with the realization that most things will have that “gluten free flavor”. It’s hard to explain but you can tell when certain things are gluten free. It does not make them taste bad but there is a difference that makes you yearn for the real thing. The texture is identical to real pasta. As someone who is picky about texture, this is one of my fav gluten free options. The flavor of gluten free pasta will always be a little different but it also matters how you flavor things. I would recommend this to any of my fellow celiac friends

Banza is the best.
Minimal ingredients. Great quality. Great texture and taste. They cook like normal pasta and don’t taste like cardboard or have weird texture like a lot of other chickpea pasta. Fits my dietary restrictions due to health issues so I’m very happy with the Banza brand!
