Q: Does this work on new, red stretch marks?

Not sure about stretch marks but old an new scars it helped lighten them up

Q: Does this work on light color surgical scares? I had foot surgery and have a light color scars on my feet

What I can say is that it makes the scars less bumpy. As for the color, I don't know yet. With consistent use, I can see this working on the color also. But not exactly sure about light colored scars. That tells me it is not a very new scar.... So I don't know how long it would take for it to work.
