Q: Can they be cut?If so with what?

Using my Fiskars paper cutter, with the titanium blade, I was able to cut them. You just have to score them 5x on each side and use a straight edge to break it off. It's work, but I was able to get what I wanted by doing so.

Q: How can you clean them without scratchibg them?

Microfiber cloths sold for auto polishing.

Q: Are these mirrors high quality enough to use to apply makeup ?

These mirrors are great! I love mine a lot and you can do anything you normally do with any mirror.

Q: will the thickness of the adhesive make the mirrors too thick behind the glass shelves of my medicine cabinet?

No, it's good yet maybe a little stronger adhesive on back of mirrors, otherwise they work well for me with my projects. Peace out
