I bought this for a family trip to Europe. With 13 of us, I expected some accidents. We never had to use the kit, but I was glad we had it along. I added a few additional items (a tube of triple antibiotics, an arm sling, skin tape, etc.; there is enough spare room in the case for extra items. I now leave it in my daypack wherever I go; its weight is negligible.
