Warm without the bulk
This is a very warm and wind resistant coat. It is also very lightweight and not bulky at all. Don't let the lightweight concern you as it is a very warm coat.

Highly recommend if you want a very warm lightweight winter coat
Second Columbia winter coat with Omni Heat lining. LOVE these coats. Incredibly warm but very lightweight. Hard to believe you can stay this warm with such a light coat but it's great while you are using it. Went on a 30 minute walk after dark in -5 degrees F weather (necessity, not a leisurely stroll haha) and was actually sweating when I got back to the house. Cannot recommend this enough. Be advised that this model does not have fleece lined pockets like my other one but it does have a very roomy chest pocket that isn't included on other one.
