I didn’t find this tasting quite like a typical pad Thai but it was delightful. Followed the directions only giving it a few extra minutes in the bag before eating. This was hearty and enough for two people. I bought a six pack because I camp with a vegetarian friend and I’m looking forward to the remaining packs. Much better than my expectations… great texture and taste and very filling.

Tastes awful, not like any pad thai that I have ever had. Noodles are thin, which is uncharacteristic of pad thai. I purchased six of them and made two, following the instructions and both were not tasty. Do not recommend. Sorry Backpacker's Pantry.

Was really not a fan of these. Tasted very bad, like tomato mush. The ratio of noodles to other ingredients is nowhere near where it should be. I would very much recommend buying just one of these to taste test it before you buy a 5 pack. Gross.
