STARY Magnetic Privacy Screen for Macbook Pro/Air 13 inch (2016-2022,M1,M2)

Perfect fit and very effective!

Good product, but disappointing that you need to use stickers to hold the bottom edge in place.I used this with a MacBook Air M2. It fits the screen well. The magnetic adhesion at the top is superb. This is therefore very hand for using on trains etc to keep documents on screen private.However, the main drawback is that the bottom edge of the screen often doesn't sit flush with the screen. This can make the image you see through the screen appear distorted or pixelated. In the box are two tiny pieces of double sized tape. These hold the screen in place, but kind of defeats the object of having a removable screen cover if you have to permanently fix it with tape.

Tried this for couple weeks.It’s not like a phone screen protector, it doesn’t suction to the screen.It’s either stuck on with transparent stickers or you can stick the brackets to the sides of the laptop to create a rail to slide it down.Tried both ways, found on both that it doesn’t keep all of the screen protector close to the screen especially in the middle, so you’ll have blurry parts until you gently dab it down.The privacy part does work, more effectively when brightness is lower.

Been using this product for a few weeks now and it's already not magnetic anymore at the bottom. Tried cleaning the protector and my screen but it still doesn't make a difference. Very poor for the price.

Quite easy to use and install. I cut it down in length and height using scissors so it matched the size of my screen perfectly. I used the plastic holder stickers on the edges and bottom of my screen to hold in place. Haven’t yet used it as required for privacy, but trying it out at home it seems to do its job when looking from other angles at the screen.

Perfect fit 27" (diagonal) monitor. Very easy to install (2 mins), just make sure you apply (1) to the screen side first, then peel off (2) side. Comes with soft clothe to wipe clean of your screen prior to installation. Privacy angle works great, can only view the screen right in front. The extra tint I guess blocks the blue light, easy on the eyes after long day of staring at the screen. $60 seems a bit steep on these things but you definitely get what you pay for. Works great !

Excellent quality screen protector.

I had mixed expectations when I ordered this not knowing if it would actually improve writing. I already had a glass screen protector on my iPad Pro but since it had a very smooth surface, my writing and recognition using the Apple Pencil was somewhat not very good nor accurate. The sloppier the writing, the worse the handwriting recognition.This screen protector, even on top of an already installed glass screen protector definitely improved writing and recognition. Immediately I noticed that my digital writing was an almost duplicate of my paper writing, which I’ve never seen before in a digital handwriting pad. I also have drawing apps and home designer apps that the screen protector made the precision improve significantly. Since it is a matte finish, it also helps reduce glare but it also reduces the brightness of the screen, which can easily be increased under settings.All finger actions still work as if this protector were not there, and no bubbles.The protector came with the usual clean tools needed to clean the screen (alcohol wipes, microfiber cloth, and dust removal). The dust removal was a little mylar looking strip of with a small amount of adhesive. Since the mylar strip was so thin and flimsy it makes drawing across the screen a little more difficult than other dust cleaning strips, however, it I think it probably serves as a dual type dust remover, adhesive and electrostatic, which may be a bonus.It came with some clear adhesive tabs, shown in the picture, which has not explanation on what their purpose. The screen protector can be stored for long term when not in use. Not only is there a light plastic casing, but a hard plastic folder, which all can be inserted back into the reusable thin cardboard envelope, which then can be put back into the resealable plastic container.You get all this for under $15.00 so why not try it, I believe it will improve your iPad writing significantly.
