While I used to help my wonderful wife with her penny collecting, she is gone now, taken from me by cancer some 2 years ago after being my better half for over 51 years! No this was to build a probe for the signal tracer that I was building. The makers of the kit recommended this for such use as they designed the probe circuitry precisely to fit the case. It made a great probe as well. While I covered the outside of the plastic with copper tape to block unwanted signals from getting in, and burned a small hole for the screw that I ground to a point to be attached to the board and send the signal down some antenna wire left over from another kit build. It works great for this! Funny how people can find other uses from little used containers!

I was looking for something to hold some old pennies in that belonged to my mom. Didn’t want the paper wrappers, so when I found them, I knew this was what I was looking for. The containers are durable (because I’ve already dropped one on the floor) and it didn’t break.
