I'm really surprised how well these actually work. They stay on your skin as long as you leave them be and they don't really smell and you don't notice them unless you put it right up to your face of course. We visit family in Colorado every year and I get altitude sickness for a couple days at the beginning of our trips each time so I'm really happy I found this and will be using it from now on. It completed eliminates any nausea or sick feeling I usually get. Its great!!

I was genuinely surprised by how effective these patches were! During a recent trip where we were constantly were high altitudes on hikes, I didn’t experience any of the usual symptoms I’ve had in the past—no headaches, no shortness of breath. I also wore a patch during a cross-country flight, and unlike previous trips, I didn’t feel any altitude-related issues or jet lag. I had more energy than usual and felt totally fine when we landed. On top of that, I tend to get carsick, especially when reading or working in the back seat, but with the patch on, I didn’t feel nauseous at all. Even when showering, the patches stayed put. They come in a good-sized pack, are made from natural ingredients, and are surprisingly affordable. These are definitely a new travel essential for me—I won’t be going without them again!

These products are hard to know how much they worked, especially if there was still slight altitude effects. Maybe they worked and the altitude effects would have been a lot worse without them. I am not sure. This is a safe option to try with natural ingredients. So, for that reason, I recommend you try them.

No issues with altitude in Mexico City, which sits at over 7,000ft. Before buying these patches, I always experienced sinus issues in places at altitude such as Denver and Bogota, Colombia. These seemed to work great for me. They smell pretty strong, but it wasn't a terrible smell IMO.
