It is herbal, inexpensive, and easy to use; I would absolutely recommend that people try it. I have vertigo, so high altitude situations are even harder to deal with. The patches also helped with nausea and dizziness, not as much as my prescription meds do, but I feel safer and more confident using this instead, especially on days when the symptoms aren't as extreme. A single dose (pair of patches) lasts for days and costs less than a single dose of prescription medicine, which only lasts hours. Also, I experienced no side effects with the patches, where the meds make me sleepy (sleepy enough to interfere with my ability to enjoy the trip). Depending on the severity of symptoms, this could serve as a much appreciated alternative to drugs or a safe addition. I'll definitely buy it again, but the amount of product included is so generous, I won't run out for a long time.
