Excellent By Far The best to date !!
Excellent, nice smooth creamy strong mature cheese, it's already on reorder !! I think it is great value, and is far beter than some of the cheeses I had had from other sellers on Amazon. Only reason it's not 10 star is obvious there are only 5 !!

A very good buy
I ordered 2kg in August 2023 and have just finished it. It freezes in suitably sized portions, either as a block or grated for convenience. The flavour is excellent. If I have any criticism (which I don’t) if served as part of a cheese board you need to advise your guests it is extra crumbly - but worth it for the flavour and texture. It also “cooks” well either in sauce, in scones or as a topping. I thoroughly recommend.
