Will this fit 0/1 gauge wire?

There is no such wire size as 0/1 so I’m guessing you are asking about 1/0 AWG. In which case the answer is no. The detailed description tells you the main clamp on these terminals will accommodate 4AWG to 1AWG. 1/0 AWG is one size bigger than 1AWG.

just got mine. they are great on my dodge but the plastic protector cover on positive terminal does not fit on this what do you suggest ?

Battery terminal protectant spray. I suppose you could lay some electrical tape over the top if it bothers you
