Can the key caps be rearranged to a Dvorak configuration?

Does cap lock key light up when on

The key itself does not light up, but there are 3 indication lights for Num, Caps and Scroll lock above the number pad.

How far apart are feet on bottom of the key board. My laptop is 14.75" wide; I want the keyboard top edge to fit over the bottom edge of laptop

The gap in the middle between the inner edges of the feet seems to be about 14.75"
